Courtney Brame is the founder of Selfed, a platform that fosters emotional wellness for men through open dialogue, yoga, and self-inquiry. A Yoga-Informed Emotional Wellness Practitioner, Courtney’s work challenges societal norms around masculinity and emotional expression. He advocates for a deeper, more intentional approach to emotional intelligence, helping men live authentically and develop healthier relationships.
